While I louse around the Android Market and I searched anti-mosquito. HAHA wtf. I was damn excited right now. I do found a software which is anti-mosquito! Zomg. I can't wait to take out my phone and up to Android Market.
That are three application of a-m, Idk why which one is better, because due to those user comment, some is work to them, but some is not. So I downloaded ALL!

Well, hopefully today’s the day that the “AntiMosquito” app will save my life! It produces ultrasonic-sounds, ranging from 16 KHz to 20 KHz, at frequencies that are way too high for us humans to hear!

So Idk how to explain, LOL because I'm not very sure that application how does it work.

After I has done downloaded that application, I touches on the mosquito picha inside the screen to start. I rushes to toilet to try it, because fyi, toilet was a paradise who's hidden a lots of mosquitoes! But, I can't find any mosquito inside =.= ought to trust that application is works? Or maybe they all was sleeping? out for hunting? LOL

I have to try on tomorrow night!! I can't wait to see there is no any mosquito pop-out on my sight! No more stinging! No more Itches! No more Scrathes!   

I don't have a skinny body, pretty face, even a fair and a smooth skin. I really very scuk!

Oh yea. Just wanna let you guys know I phailed my diet plan again L Maybe you heard it as usual, or you might to know that I won’t success! Sigh. I used to lose 2kg on Dec, which is last year. Pretty nice right? But I gained 3 kg right now. Thanks for that unbearable Bak Kwa. I could eat 4 pieces in one day and it’s unstoppable.

Sorry to my mom, She is hopefully could see me slimmer than before while I going back on this CNY or either just half a kg.

Hmmmm. My bad!

Calorie Maintenance Level (And the "big secret")

You just learned the one simple fact that The Lose Weight Diet is based on. Pretty cool huh? I told you, weight loss is all about calories. More specifically, it's about creating a calorie deficit. You need to end up burning more calories than you consume. If your daily calorie maintenance level is 3000 calories, you will lose weight if you started eating 2500 calories a day. You would gain weight if you ate 3500 calories a day. I realize I was only supposed to explain how to lose weight, but you've also just learned how to gain weight.

Did you ever wonder how you gained weight? Now you know. You ate more than your maintenance level. To lose weight, you just need to reverse that. Simple, isn't it? You may have noticed that in the example above I subtracted 500 calories from the maintenance level. Subtracting 500 calories from your maintenance level is the magic weight loss number here. The reason for that is because there are about 3500 calories in 1 pound of fat. So, if you ate 500 less calories each day for 7 days, it would equal the 3500 less calories required to lose 1 pound. (500 x 7 = 3500)

Coincidentally, there are 7 days in a week. So, by eating 500 calories below your daily maintenance level, you would lose about 1 pound per week. Now would be a good time to mention that the healthy, safe, good, smart, and all around right amount of weight to lose for most people is 1 or 2 pounds a week. That is the widely agreed upon correct weight loss speed. I am bringing this up now because some people may be thinking, "If my maintenance level was 3000 calories, why shouldn't I just go straight to eating 1000 calories a day instead of only 2500?" Here's why...

Reducing your calorie intake by so much so fast is wrong, unsafe, unhealthy, bad, unsafe, bad, wrong, unhealthy, stupid, unsafe, wrong, unhealthy, stupid, bad and wrong. Got that? You'd end up losing muscle instead of fat. Your body would go into a state where it actually KEEPS fat. Blah blah blah, blah blah. It would just be the complete opposite of the right thing to do. Remove this idea from your mind.

Back to the 2010 To-Do-List I wrote for my Ed note in last year, I was behind all my planned. Eventually I had failed fortitude to keep going on. I supposed to strengthen my mind and adhere as well everything can on planned.

I’d have a pretty plan to make me live a prettier life.

 

Now, let’s have a look at the 2011 list of mine:

1. Change myself.
2. Take care of this moment.
3. Vacation with my family. 

 

I should to have a pretty plan to make me live a pretty life in a brand new year.

Continue to grow and evolve.

Attitude can make your life satisfying, if you enjoy life, think positive. Be congruent, be authentic, be your true self.

Be yourself. That madly deeply true ones.

I learnt a lot of truth in life since I started my life in Singapore. When you are associated with realistic society, you have to learn how to protect yourself, understand to identify the right and wrong, the true and falsehood. That’s a lot of people having two-face, they treated you like a best good friend them are you enemy! Neither a stranger though is your friend. Utilize you to get more benefit from you. Even telling a lie without changing their face. Unavoidable, I met that person!  =( 

 I believe when the ugly duckling became a swan, many of the ducklings cannot accept or even acknowledge her true beauty. Some of the ducks would comment that all her beauty are artificial, others might said, you should have known her years ago, she is really ugly; and yet some would say it wouldn't last long. The ducklings would rather she remain the same ugly duckling she used to be and I believe they are much more comfortable if she remains so.

 What surprise me is that there are people who prefer we remain at the stage of where they are.If they were really your friends, why would they want you to stay at the level of ugliness? They would be glad that you are making headway in your life, progress in your career, and becoming the person you meant to be.

Forgive and Let go.

Compromise will make a conflict much easy to resolve.

Therefore, while you are arguing or in hot-temper with someone, take a deep breath before you answering him/her. Calm your mind and think twice the answer before you tell. Everyone is easy to be lost when them are in angry mode.

Don’t let your angel be carried away by the demon.

See the good in people & help them.

Time and tied wait for no man, therefore appreciate what have you meet and love what you had.

Don’t go for thing that does not belong to you. Comparisons are odious! It will just guide you to suffer. A contented mind is a perpetual feast.

Don’t live for others’ expectations.

So yea. My mummy has been a long time doesn’t have a vacation.

She is a lovely mama; She is tough, strong, lovely and sweet.

I love her so much!

Since I worked in Singapore, since I can live my own self, since she doesn’t need to spend on me anymore, I guess she is totally no more stress. =)

Therefore, mummy suggested we two might to have a Hong Kong trip in this year.

Sendiri use sendiri money! LOL

Hrm, she is so weird, she has been there already three to five times, but she still asking vacation on there. But that’s all right. I love Disneyland. So deal!

Everything goes nice, we used check the cost of flight and planned a date, but Aunty Fion stops us urgently. She asked us join her to Perth, Australia with Uncle Roy too. HAHA.

She said we supposed to choose a relax city for vacation instead of a busy city like Hong Kong.

But after that, Uncle Roy asked for why don’t we go Taiwan? LOL

So we still don’t decided  ‘til now.

Well, since I have a lovely vacation with my mummy, I should have a nice camera to take down all the memories what.

But I don’t have my own camera =(  How sad is that.

So, the thing to crave for me in 2011, that is a good camera!!

I used to review from my friends and those blogger which one camera they are using and how about the feedback.

Eventually I had make up my mind, I choose Panasonic Lumix GF 1 which using by a popular blogger, JaneLau aka Chuckei.

She had shares a lot of camwhore which taken by her Baby Goofy (the name of her Lumix GF 1 which given by her. LOL She is so adorable! ), The effect is freaking nice!! I love it so much, but of course the person inside the picture should be nicer then the effect la.  X(

Although it’s quite ex compare with other normal one, but I ’m sure that I will kept buying this one. Because did you know? It’s stupid freaking hard job for a newbie who’re trying to wear the fake eyelashes.

Caused I used to buy the normal one, which means that kind you still have to uses glue to stick it. I was failed a thou times; either that glue is dry off so that I can’t even stick on my eyelid or it can’t stick on a nice position. FML

Thus, I used to given up for this stupid stuff.

But in a day, I found this lovely thing in SASA. OMG! I felt like I can see the sunshine. LOL

 Okay-la, unless I think it’s worth-la. HAHA

Participated National Service 

I went to that camp in Perak along the feeling of being persecuted. However NS was not the bad, I got new experiences and I’d met a lot of friends at there, they came from different states, different religion, and I live with Malay about 2 month more. I’d reluctant to come back and not bear to leave them. LOL

There are many shops inside this mall; most shops are selling clothes that you can bargain on the price. Cheap flip-flops! There are also many souvenir shops catering to the tourists. 

Bugis Street, as you can see, this is the largest street mall bazaar in Singapore!

A majority clothes was just selling on SGD 10, which mean RM20.30 something.

That’s why I worked ‘til now; my bank account was still empty.

THE GIRL with HER STORY

 

Have you read Kasandra Kong's book "This Is My Story?" It contains key ingredients of a best-seller.. love, sex, betrayal, hatred. 

In the book, she revealed that her then-boyfriend slept with her friend, and then her younger sister, before getting her pregnant twice. Kasandra's first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage while she aborted the second time. 

Her story is really quite dramatic. But now that she washed the dirty linens, the sisters are not on speaking terms. 

I admire Kasandra Kong's courage to reveal her past, instead of suffering in silence.

Her story can be a lesson to other ladies - there are predatory guys out there who proclaim they love you but actually they want nothing more than to have sex. 

The rate of teen pregnancy has been increasing alarmingly, so hopefully this book helps to bring it down.
